Character and competence

In contrast to team development we define team training in the terms of personal character and competence and target the skills development of individuals in a group or team. In addition to the professional qualifications of internal training and development, we provide a space to practice and train - outside of everyday working life. Depending on the group,and their need we focus on the relevant topics.

In terms of holistic advice, we work with you to analyze the situation. In individual cases, we may recommend a different measure. After that we create a customized training idea, in which we place targeted methods with experiential and action-oriented character together.

Depending on the theme of the seminar, reflection and practical application play a significant role. Both can be done both in-and outdoors.

We use the setting of the conference center Schloss Hohenkammer to promote personal competence away from the everyday working life. We give the necessary time and the necessary room for maneuver to learn, to practice and reflect. Ideally, our customers have managed to recognize their own patterns, to question these  and to develop new options for action.
